Privacy Policy

How this website collects and uses information.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Zoom Communications website collects, why, and how it is used.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), an event date (optional) and your message. We also record your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of submission to help us prevent spam and abuse.

Phone, email and WhatsApp. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through those services. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details only to respond to you, discuss and plan your event, and keep a record of our communication. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored in our website database and may be forwarded to our company email inbox. Access is limited to authorised team members. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies only: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that make forms work safely. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Third-party content

The contact page embeds Google Maps, and event pages may embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. These services may set their own cookies or collect data under their own policies when their content loads.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the inquiry information you have sent us by contacting us using the details on our contact page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
